Since I have a livejournal I always seem to forget there is a journal here too. :S Thought I would drop in and update a bit. I've been working on improving my wildlife photography of late, particularly macro images. I've also been working on submitting my work to various contests. I've done the National Wildlife Fund contest and I'm tempted to apply for the National Geographic one too. The Nat Geo contest is very intimidating to me. Simply because Nat Geo is known for spectacular photography and there are days I really don't think mine is up to par with that kind of standard. Who knows? It never hurts to try, right?

I've been meaning to do this for days but school and life as always has been keeping me busy. You can expect a lot of new deviations soon as I have just pulled out my archived stuff to upload some of my old favorites. Aside from that, looking forward to fall; bird migrations and leaf changes always make for awesome photographs. Also another photoshoot in the works with Kasandria. Busy Busy Busy. I'm also planning on some work at the botanical gardens and aviary soon. Luckily those can be winter captures which makes for nice stuff when the world is bleak and cold.
